Subprocessors

Praesidium Compliance Systems Corporation (“Praesidium”) uses the following third-party service providers to operate our website, communicate with visitors, and deliver services to customers. We evaluate each subprocessor for security and privacy practices before engaging them.

How to request notice. Customers who have a written agreement with Praesidium may request notice of changes to this subprocessor list. Unless otherwise agreed, we will provide notice at least 30 days before adding or replacing a material subprocessor that processes customer personal data.

Web hosting and infrastructure

• Vercel, Inc. — Website hosting and content delivery. Location: United States.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, DDoS protection, and edge caching (where used). Location: United States.

Scheduling and communication

• Calendly, LLC — Meeting scheduling through embedded booking links. Location: United States.
• Google Workspace / Gmail — Email and calendar services (where used). Location: United States.

Analytics

• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — Website usage analytics, loaded only with consent. Location: United States.

Source code and repositories

• GitHub, Inc. — Public and private source code repositories. Location: United States.

We may update this list as our business needs change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
