GDPR / CCPA Requests

We respect your privacy rights under applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This page explains how to exercise those rights.

1. Rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

2. Rights under CCPA

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
  • Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information. Any sharing of personal information with service providers is for business purposes and is not a “sale” under the CCPA.

3. How to submit a request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at arjav@praesidiumsystems.ai with “Data Request” in the subject line. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The right you wish to exercise.
  • Any information needed to verify your identity.
  • A description of the data in question, if applicable.

4. Verification and response time

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, or inform you if additional time is needed. For complex or numerous requests, the response period may be extended by up to 90 days.

6. Authorized agents

If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
