Data Retention & Deletion
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This page describes how long Praesidium retains personal data and how it is deleted.
1. General retention principles
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
2. Website visitor data
- Analytics data: Retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months, or shorter as configured with our analytics provider. Consent-managed analytics data is deleted or de-identified on request.
- Cookie consent records: Retained for 12 months from the date of consent, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is longer.
- Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes, unless longer retention is required for investigation or legal compliance.
3. Customer and contact data
- Correspondence and calendar data: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
- Contract and billing records: Retained for the duration of the agreement and as required by applicable tax and commercial law, typically up to 7 years.
4. Synthetic environment data
Our reinforcement-learning environments use only synthetic data. Customer-specific or commissioned environment data is retained according to the terms of the applicable agreement and deleted on request when the agreement ends, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
5. Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at arjav@praesidiumsystems.ai. We will respond within 30 days, subject to legal or contractual exceptions. For data subject rights requests, see our GDPR / CCPA Requests page.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as our retention practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
